Sound Absorption Performance
Polyester fiber acoustic panels have similar sound absorption characteristics to other porous materials. The sound absorption coefficient increases with increasing frequency, with a high sound absorption coefficient at high frequencies. Leaving an air gap behind the panel and using it to create a spatial sound absorber can significantly improve the material's sound absorption performance. The noise reduction coefficient is approximately 0.8 to 1.10, making it a highly effective broadband sound absorber.
Physical and Mechanical Properties
Polyester fiber acoustic panels possess sound absorption, heat insulation, and thermal insulation properties. The panels are uniform and solid in texture, yet flexible, tough, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, tear-resistant, and not easily scratched. They are also available in large panel sizes (9×1220×2440 mm).
Product Diversity
Polyester fiber acoustic panels are available in over 40 colors and can be combined to create various patterns. Surface shapes include flat, square (mosaic), wide strips, and narrow strips. The panels can be bent into curved shapes, allowing for more flexible and effective interior design. Artistic images can even be printed onto the polyester fiber acoustic panels using computer technology.

Fire Resistance
Polyester fiber acoustic panels have been tested by the National Fire Protection Testing Center, and the results show good fire resistance, meeting the national standard GB8624 B1 level requirements.
Safety
The safety of polyester fiber acoustic panels is demonstrated in two aspects. First, the material's excellent mechanical properties, lightweight nature, and resistance to fragmentation upon impact mean that unlike some brittle materials such as perforated gypsum board and cement fiber pressure plates, there is no risk of falling fragments or pieces. Second, regarding the release of harmful substances, tests conducted by relevant national departments show a formaldehyde release level of 0.05 mg/l, meeting the national standard GB18580-2001 E1 level requirement and making it suitable for direct use in areas where people work.
Easy Cleaning
Dust removal is easy, and maintenance is simple. Dust and impurities can be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner and a duster. For more stubborn dirt, a towel with water and detergent can be used for cleaning.
