219*26mm Classic WPC Fluted Wall Panel

Classic WPC Fluted Wall Panel are what people commonly refer to as "first-generation" outdoor wpc wall panels.

1. Installation of Framing
Secure the framing to a flat wall surface. The framing must be properly leveled on the wall before the panels can be installed. The spacing between the framing members must be strictly controlled and maintained within a 50 cm range during construction.
 

2. Securing the Panels
The product panels are arranged and interlocked for installation from left to right. First, secure the male tongue of the initial "Great Wall" panel to the supporting battens using screws (pre-drilling pilot holes in the panel is recommended prior to fastening).
Then, secure the corresponding female groove section of this first panel. Next, insert the second panel's male tongue into the female groove of the initial panel, and drive a screw through the groove-at the point where it contacts the batten-to secure it in place.
Continue the installation process for the remaining panels in this same sequential manner.

And so on. As shown in the figure.

3. Joint Treatment
Based on the dimensions of the intended splicing location, cut a suitable section of the "Great Wall" panel for joining. Ensure the interface is flush, and the connection point must be securely fastened to the supporting battens.
4. Finishing and Edging
Apply finishing strips along the edges of the installed area and around window corners to provide a neat, aesthetic finish. These strips can be securely bonded using silicone sealant. Once the installation is complete, the room is ready for immediate occupancy.
