Polyester fiber acoustic panels are suitable for places with strict acoustic requirements, such as opera houses, theaters, recording studios, sound booths, broadcasting studios, audition rooms, television stations, radio stations, business offices, multi-functional halls, conference rooms, performance halls, concert halls, auditoriums, gymnasiums, leisure and entertainment centers, hotels, KTVs, band rooms, high-end villas, and residential homes.
Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panel Installation Methods
1. Exposed Ceiling - When using polyester fiber panels for exposed ceilings, they can be cut into small pieces and suspended using T-bar grids. The installation method is the same as traditional small panel ceilings.
2. Concealed Ceiling - When using polyester fiber panels for concealed ceilings, the panels can be attached to the frame using adhesive or finishing nails. The edges and surface of the panels can be modified with a utility knife to create various carved patterns, and the panels can also be bent for easier shaping.
3. Space Absorbers - Polyester fiber panels have toughness and tensile strength, and can be directly connected to the edges of the panels using clips or hangers.
Wall Installation Methods
(A) When installing polyester fiber panels on walls with a reserved air cavity, straight-clip light steel keel can be used as the backing frame. The polyester fiber panels are then attached to the light steel keel on the prepared solid wall using adhesive or finishing nails. This method provides good flatness and strong stability.
